This individual will be responsible for the project management and implementation of product & regulatory initiatives across Invesco EMEA fund ranges, with a focus on the Fund Administration aspects.
The role includes oversight of Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to deliver change initiatives and support wider internal projects linked to changes in the regulatory landscape across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product, Fund Services and Compliance teams, amongst other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:Responsibility for the successful implementation of product & regulatory initiatives within the fund administration functionHandling Third Party Administrators in delivering product change initiatives within agreed timetables.Preparing and handling internal projects, highlighting risks and establishing preventative controls where possible.Deputising for the Product Implementation Managers as the need arises.Managing queries received by TPA or internal Invesco parties; resolving in a timely manner and escalating where necessary.What you can bring:Proven experience within Fund Administration, or a similar function.Good knowledge of the investment management industry and related regulationsComprehension of Fund Services functions including Fund Administration, Financial Reporting, Transfer Agency and Custody with insight in to how they co-mingle.Strong understanding of NAV impacting items as they relate to Fund eventsA proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having determination to follow things through to completion.Full Time / Part TimeFull time
