Senior Product Development Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Development Technician to join a leading Food Company based in South Dublin.
Hours of work: 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
21 Days Annual Leave.
Negotiable salary DOE.
Responsibilities: Propose and assist in launching new product lines and enhancing existing products and processes.
Conduct new product development, prepare samples, run plant trials, and evaluate outcomes to ensure safety, stability, and legal compliance.
Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure product safety.
Perform chemical, physical, sensory, and microbiological tests and take necessary corrective actions.
Help in creating product specifications, labels, and procedures.
Requirements: Third level qualification in Food Science related discipline.
Experience in a similar position within a Food Company.
Must have a keen interest in food technology with an enquiring mind.
