Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in cross-functional program operations, across delivery life cycle phases (methodology agnostic), and project planning for a dynamic Product Engineering organization.Ability to understand, or willingness to learn, technology concepts and interface with software and infrastructure engineers; prior experience collaborating with technologists is necessary.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a sufficient level of technical capability to effectively communicate with engineers on product scope and technical risks.Experience working across multiple development teams.Demonstrated comfort with remote communication culture. Can facilitate effectively with distributed teams.Meticulously organized, with strong attention to detail and understanding of intricate cross-dependencies.Works well with ambiguity and is naturally inclined to drive clarity.A natural influencer who drives successful outcomes without direct authority. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Working knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, or Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) methodologies.IBM Oasis, Clearing House, Aha and Jira experience beneficial.Experience gathering and analysing business & functional requirements across multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet critical business needs.Experience in a fast-paced environment.
