We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build experiences and services for our business customers as we look to build out the Ring Business Experience focused on delivering value for SMBs.
You will build solutions that directly address the unique security and operational needs of our business customers.
In this role, you'll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, technical prowess, and a keen business sense—propelling us towards seamless device experiences and raising the bar on performance.
Key job responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goalsOversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimizationWork closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiativesProvide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutionsConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvementEngage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectivesDevelop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business prioritiesAnticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigationEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvementMaintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes About the team Since 2013, Ring has been on a mission to make neighborhoods safer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
