Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain

Supply Chain at Apple is looking for an experienced, Senior Program Manager to join us in leading and driving global initiatives that increase scale, optimization, and reduce cost within our Supply Chain.

You must demonstrate experience in delivering impactful analytical and operational programs.
We are looking for a strategic problem solver who can 'connect the dots' of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details.
You will be a driven individual who enjoys working in a global, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment across multiple cross-functional teams.
You will need to evaluate business processes, seize opportunities to drive measurable improvements, and deliver comprehensive proposals to leadership based on investigations and analysis.
DescriptionInfluencing other teams to network together and drive key initiatives enhancing Apple's Supply Chain.
Provide insights, observations, and recommendations to help improve the overall Supply Chain Health.
Perform deep analysis to identify trends and root causes affecting key performance indicators, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate closely with all cross-functional teams to connect the dots between data and business.
Drive positive collaboration with cross-functional teams and your peers to support both strategic and tactical initiatives including capital projects, data management automation, and environmental initiatives.
Engage in impactful work and demonstrate storytelling to effectively communicate key results to leadership teams.
Minimum QualificationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify profiles and trends.Lead multiple complex projects in a matrix organization.A problem solver who naturally seeks opportunities to create, develop, and transform business processes - finding ways to simplify, standardize, and automate.Ability to effectively interpret information to demonstrate the effects of business initiatives, regulation, and industry trends for management and leadership teams.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex business and technical situations to a variety of audiences.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills required to succeed in this role.Preferred QualificationsStrong business acumen.Logistics / Supply Chain experience is an advantage.
