Key responsibilities:Steer medium to large-scale programs or critical segments of extensive initiatives, aligning with the overarching vision of the Programme Management team.Offer technical acumen and strategic direction to ensure regional programme delivery excellence.Champion ethical practices and safety standards in all operations.Drive innovation in programme management methodologies to set us apart in the market.Collaborate with regional leaders and sector experts to unearth new opportunities and craft compelling solutions.Proactively identify and mitigate high-risk areas to safeguard program success.Evaluate long-term disruptive trends, advocating for skill development and strategic workforce planning to future-proof our capabilities.Play an active role in attracting and nurturing top talent within your domain.Requirements:Adept at steering through intricate scenarios, aligning stakeholder interests, adhering to regulatory landscapes, and surmounting technical obstacles.Growing network within the industry, fostering relationships with peers and influencers.Recognized for applying best practices in program management to achieve outstanding results.
