Senior Project Analyst Team/Role Overview The KYC Optimization & Enablement is a dynamic, strategic organization. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi's KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish the framework for and execute the various projects and programs, as well as creating process and design engineering models. We also provide the businesses and functions with ongoing governance and program oversight to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program.

What you'll do The KYC Senior Project Analyst plays an important role in the organization's strategic initiative to re-design the KYC process. They are responsible for identifying and analyzing current state business processes and identifying areas for improvement. This role will be a hybrid of PM and BA work. They work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive business growth through efficiency gains. The KYC Senior Project Analyst utilizes their strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive organizational change and optimize performance.
Engage with key stakeholders to investigate, analyze, and document current state business processes and activities to provide insights and understanding with regards to strategic and end-user requirements.Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and transformation, review how KYC systems are currently used, and identify possible systems improvements and potential efficiency gains.Assist in KYC process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology solutions.Provide assistance to the Program Managers with the execution of the KYC projects.Provide support to the KYC Operations team in preparing for the organizational readiness associated with KYC projects.Plan and coordinate execution of user acceptance testing of new technology solutions associated with KYC projects.What we'll need from you Previous relevant KYC/AML experience is advantageous.Knowledge and expertise in Project Management is advantageous.Business analysis - You can apply structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyze, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.Business process improvement - You can lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritization, and implementation of process and business changes to improve business operations and services.Previous Business Process Management (BPM – Microsoft Visio), Agile, Waterfall, and UAT experiences.Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task in an effective and efficient manner.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills while collaborating across a large organization.Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude, and the capability of managing internal relationships.What we can offer you We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
