You will support the long-term success of Planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs, and the overall contribution to the broader company goals.
You will support the Planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
Providing schedule and resource management support on large-scale infrastructure programmes and projects.
Develop and maintain the programme schedule using Primavera P6.
Support scenario modelling and what-if analysis.
Evaluate change and manage the schedule baseline with approved change.
Review and evaluation of supply chain schedule, including schedule integrity and performance reporting.
Assessment of supply chain Early Warnings and Compensation Events under the NEC form of contract.
Support programme reporting, presentations and communications.

You will develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with the Client and other project stakeholders, both internal and external.
You'll need to have: Degree within a related field such as civil engineering, construction management or project management.
Or equivalent professional work experience within one or more specific disciplines such as delivery of an engineering programme, project delivery within major infrastructure projects or commercial management disciplines.
Preferably but not exclusionary have achieved Membership / Fellow / Certified Fellow status with one or more professional institutions You have extensive experience as planning & scheduling on major infrastructure programmes and projects and have experience of the whole project lifecycle from award through to handover into operation.
Ability to delegate tasks to others when required In-depth knowledge of project controls and planning & scheduling tools and software.
You have the ability to persuade and influence your colleagues to satisfy the customer requirements.
You are happy to tackle problems with complex solutions.
You stay up to date with latest technologies and tools available on the market in the reporting and performance management arena You'll also have: Interest in the industry and staying up to date with professional trends.
Excellent written communication skills, clear and concise.
Extremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity.
Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
