About the Job This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure both technical excellence and commercial success while managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-level project execution strategies, managing and mentoring project engineers, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive strategic decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving across large-scale Data Centre implementations.
About You A minimum of 7 years in project management or coordination, with extensive experience in handling large-scale Data Centre projects. Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of project engineers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and fostering professional growth. Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating and guiding teams toward success.Expertise in developing and implementing high-level project execution strategies that align with both client objectives and company goals. Skilled in strategic decision-making, particularly in project scope development and risk management.Proven track record of establishing and maintaining senior-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Experience representing the company in high-stakes negotiations and presentations.Strong background in overseeing project budgets and financial performance, with a focus on implementing cost control measures and improving profitability. Experience with Value Management/Value Engineering techniques.In-depth knowledge of industry standards, local regulations, and company policies, with the ability to ensure compliance across all managed projects.Passion for leading innovation initiatives in project delivery methods, with experience leveraging emerging technologies and best practices in Data Centre design and construction.
