Senior Project Engineer

Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide planning, engineering, and construction support for both Capital and internal projects. This role will also offer technical advice to ensure the successful completion of these projects.

Responsibilities: Oversee the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases of the project. Create technical documentation for project systems in line with project standards. Manage project changes and ensure all are documented and assessed. Review design deliverables and vendor deliverables to ensure they meet project timelines and standards. Work closely with various departments to deliver projects successfully. Promote a strong safety culture in the execution of capital projects. Assist with cost, schedule, and quality management tasks on the project. Support decision making related to project schedule and cost issues. Manage the budget and schedule of capital projects. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP). Key Skills & Requirements: Degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline. Experience in executing client-side Capital Projects. Experience with Electronic Change Management Systems and full project life-cycle. Experience in delivering complex Manufacturing Facility projects in a GMP Manufacturing Environment. Understanding of the Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements of the Pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Familiarity with the project management process, programming, scope development, design development, implementation, and project closeout.
