Senior Project Manager (Client Side)

Senior Project Manager (Client Side) Project Managerrequired for a Government Project to work on a State-of-the-art Hospital Project in Galway City.
This successful candidate will be focusing on the client side of the project managing all aspects of the project from pre-construction to completion.
Role: Act as the client's representative, managing stakeholder communication.
Oversee project planning and ensure timely scheduling.
Manage the budget and control project costs.
Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements: Degree Qualified in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant and satisfactory experience in planning, design, project management, or building construction, or in the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and heating systems in such buildings.
7+ Years experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor / Design Consultancy / Leading Developer.
