Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with the expertise to handle large-scale, complex projects that span various departments and business units.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a strong track record of delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department leaders, and external partners.
Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any concerns.
Align stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify and proactively address project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to resolve potential project challenges promptly.
Technical Expertise: Understand cloud-based technologies and their integration within existing IT infrastructures.
Collaborate with technical experts to diagnose and resolve software deployment issues.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, optimizing team, vendor, and tool utilization.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change logs.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
Required Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
7-10 years of experience in project management, particularly with large-scale enterprise projects.
Proven success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
