Senior Project Manager - Main Contractor

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.Taking overall responsibility for delivery of projectsAdvising on staff requirementsIn conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmesEnsuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standardsIn conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimisedMaintain good client and design team relationsAttend client/design team meetingsPrepare monthly reports for Project Review meetingsIn conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the projectRequirementsDegree in Engineering/Construction related discipline5+ years of post-qualification experienceProven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projectsExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsPackageSalary €80k - €100K and negotiable dependent on experience
