The Senior Project Manager Offshore will be responsible for delivery of offshore project(s) in Ireland keeping tight control of safety/time/quality/cost whilst strictly adhering to the project governance principles of Statkraft.

Job DescriptionThe role of Senior Project Manager Offshore acts as the main interface to the Head of Offshore Ireland and the project teams for progressing the offshore portfolio in Ireland. The role will contribute to the country business strategy and value creation.
Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure successful outcomes and ensure the required resources are in place to support the offshore businessEnsure excellent coordination within the development teams by providing expertise and technical capacity as required for projects during early development stages and beyond.Ensure proper competence and resource allocation to project teams.Ensure involvement and use of resources from central Offshore functions, as well as Technical, Commercial, Procurement and Legal to support projectsAdapt a fit-for-purpose organisation supporting high resource utilisation and mobility across the project portfolio, and across all phases of the project lifecycleEnsure compliance to company governance standards, appropriate nomination to project roles, and develop consistent understanding or roles and responsibilities aligned to Statkraft's project governance modelSupport the Head of Offshore wind in the preparation of reporting for both regular SteerCo requirements and ad hoc queries from Steerco as requiredSupport in the coordination of inputs into the Development DEVEX, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, project scope, and programme while ensuring all project risks and opportunities are assessed, managed, and mitigated/realised, as necessaryEngage with Wind Energy Ireland and sit on relevant committee's and or working groups within WEIEngage with Stakeholders as appropriate on the successful deployment of offshore wind in IrelandWork closely with our JV partners to successfully deliver maturing projects towards FID
Guide and integrate best practice project management methods across the projects. Oversee the overall planning, budgeting, and performance management process within the projectsSafeguard the health and welfare of the workforce.The role will report to the Head of Offshore Ireland. Mandates and decision authorities are defined in the Authority Matrix and the Operating Model.
