Senior Project Quantity Surveyor Location: Mullingar, Ireland We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Project Quantity Surveyors to join our client who is a well-established consultancy specializing in providing professional quantity surveying services to a diverse range of clients.

You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, and ensuring costs are effectively controlled.

Key Responsibilities: Take full control and management of one or more projects, depending on size and complexity, from inception through to completion.Prepare initial budgets, cost plans, and detailed estimates.Provide commercial management for fast-track projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.Liaise directly with clients, providing regular reporting and updates.Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.Utilize computerized bill production systems (experience with such systems is an advantage).Work within a busy professional environment, delivering high-quality outcomes.Requirements: Proven professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably at a senior level.Strong familiarity with current forms of building contracts.Experience with computerized bill production is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Client-facing experience with a professional and proactive approach.
