The International Health line of business provides international health, life, and disability insurance and services, reinsurance, and administration services to a wide range of customers, including multinational companies, intergovernmental organisations (IGOs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), private individuals, families, and students. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of our product portfolio by assessing markets to identify opportunities for our business and target segments. You will define the value for the customer segment, design holistic propositions, and lead the product production and implementation.Demonstrate a clear understanding of our competitors and their product offerings.Provide product expertise in support of new business and sales activities as required.Manage product registrations to meet compliance requirements in new and existing markets.Fully understand the technical details of our product range, policy terms, enrolment procedures, claims process, etc., as well as those of our business partners.Be a key person in the business working with subject matter experts to deliver winning propositions.Develop clear and compliant product literature for new propositions, in conjunction with Marketing.Manage annual product reviews for the existing product portfolio, ensuring existing products are fit for purpose and continue to meet client needs.Provide inputs to press launches and market communications, as well as product training when required.Skills & Experience: Hold a third-level business degree or appropriate professional qualification.At least 5 years of experience within Financial Services, with 3 of those in a product management role or a management role in Underwriting, CRM, Sales Support, or Helpline in IPMI.
