Senior Radiation Therapist

Position: Senior Radiation Therapist Location: Dublin, Ireland Employment Type: Full-Time The Hospital: FRS Recruitment are delighted to be working with a top-tier private hospital in Dublin, known for it's patient-focused care and advanced medical services.
We are seeking a CORU registered Radiation Therapist with atleast 3 years experience.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments to patients with a variety of oncological conditions.
Collaborate closely with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
Oversee and mentor junior radiation therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and protocols.
Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and protocols to enhance patient care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to radiation therapy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field.
CORU Registration Registration with the Irish Institute of Radiography and Radiation Therapy (IIRRT).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiation therapy, with a strong background in advanced techniques.
Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
