RecruitNet is looking for a Senior Radiation Therapist for ou r private hospitals in Ireland.  We are currently recruiting a Senior Radiation Therapist to work as an integral part of the radiology team at the hospital.                                                                          Responsibilities Ensures that treatment is delivered in a high-quality manner by keeping thorough and accurate treatment records.
Apply radiation therapy with a treatment plan and written prescription.
Ensures patient safety by applying Departmental Procedures for therapy administration consistently.
Measures things to be used in treatment computation.
Offers assistance in all treatment-related procedures as required.
Explains treatment-related procedures using interpersonal skills and good communication approaches.
properly addresses the concerns of the patient Requirements CORU Registration mandatory.
Completion of a Bachelor of Science or equivalent Irish/EU/or AMA-approved institution.
 IIR validation/ IIR course recognition Must have at least three years of postgraduate radiotherapy experience that is relevant and appropriate.
Understand the Radiographers Registration Board Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics and abide by it.
