What does this role entail?
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our Privacy and Risk team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing a comprehensive program to ensure the organisation's adherence to applicable guidelines (i.e., EBA Guidelines on outsourcing requirements), frameworks, laws and regulations (i.e.
DORA, EU, AI Act etc.,) that impact the organisation.
Your Responsibilities: Maintaining a registry of key guidelines, laws and regulations that impact the organisation, directly or indirectly.
Analysing and interpreting their impact on the organisation's operations and identifying any potential risks.
Staying up to date with changes in those guidelines, laws and regulations.
Working with individual business areas to identify and operationalise appropriate controls to address identified risks.
Providing guidance and support to employees on regulatory compliance related matters.
Serving as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
Developing and maintaining awareness material, playbooks, FAQs and delivering training to employees.
Responding to customer and prospective customers' due diligence questionnaires.
Reviewing customer contracts and attending customer calls to ensure contracts comply with operational processes.
Enhancing program objectives and key results, and reporting to senior management on a regular basis.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, law or related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
5 years' experience in a similar role, analysing gaps and operationalising controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
The successful candidate must be confident at interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a SaaS environment.
