Senior Risk Manager, Trustworthy Shopping ExperiencePosition available in Luxembourg, Munich, or Milan.

Join our team as a Senior Risk Manager for a key customer trust feature in Amazon stores worldwide.
You'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our product pages and enhancing the shopping experience.

In this position, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to lead compliance-related positive changes in our product.
You will drive the implementation of compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
You will lead the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risk indicators, areas of improvements, recommend and implement appropriate action.
Your work will directly impact millions of customers, ensuring they have a safe and trustworthy shopping experience on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for multiple projects, monitoring progress against key milestonesWork closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Product, Policy Partners, and Business teams to implement compliance requirementsIdentify industry best practices and implement product featuresAct as a subject matter expert and key point of contact to support the team in operating within complianceSupport external audits, reporting, and data requests
This position involves travel (up to 20% of the time), primarily within Europe with occasional trips to international locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience in compliance, audit, or risk managementExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree or equivalentProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationExperience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
