Reed is delighted to be working with a long standing Client of ours in their search for aSenior Sales Executive withConferencing/Audio Visual experience to drive the growth of our conferencing and audio-visual solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Irish market and a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle.
Duties in the role: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial site survey to solution design, quoting, negotiation, and contract closure. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose effective conferencing and audio-visual solutions. Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare detailed quotes and lead negotiations to secure profitable deals. Contract Closure: Ensure all contracts are accurately completed and signed, meeting both client and company requirements. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth of the business. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role within the conferencing/audio-visual industry.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Irish market and industry trends.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
