Senior Sales Executive Our client, one of Ireland's leading tile and bathroom retail groups, is seeking a customer-focused and ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join the dynamic team at their Limerick showroom.
The Role As Senior Sales Executive, you will grow, develop, and drive sales within the branch in Limerick with responsibilities to include:
Build relationships with an existing customer base.Focus & drive the supply of tile & sanitary ware to multi dwelling, housing sites, one-off new build houses, and refurbishments in the Limerick and Shannon/Midwest region.Proactively develop new business relationships with plumbers, tilers, interior designers, building contractors & architects.Meet sales and margin targets as set by company directors and branch manager.Negotiate prices with customers while meeting agreed sales and margin targets.Produce quotations as and when required, while following up with the showroom sales team on client appointments.Follow up on quotations - quotes won/lost and reasons why.Maintain and build customer relationships creating long-lasting relationships with regular customers.Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.Skills & Experience that we need: Previous recent experience in customer-facing sales (minimum 5 years) within the commercial construction sector and/or retail showroom experience.Proven ability to forge ongoing relationships with tradespeople thus turning them into regular customers.Proven history of achieving targets and delivering results.Excellent communication and people skills.Excellent IT skills.Focused and goal-oriented.Self-motivated with good follow-up with established and potential customers.Previous sales experience within the tiling and plumbing or related sector.Experience using Intact IQ ERP System.Proven history in winning sales orders.Full clean valid driver's license.The Offer: This is a permanent fully onsite role, to include some weekend work, with a salary range depending on the candidate's experience but is expected to be in the range of €30K - €35K per annum plus OTE potential of €45K- €50K per annum.
