Senior Sales Representative

Here at Downeys Auto Stop we are a multi franchise car dealership, appointed main Ford Dealers in 1988. Since then, we have increased our services to provide a one-stop shop for vehicle care. We are now looking for an experiences Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team. Duties As the Senior Sales Representative, your duties mainly involve but are not limited to: Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car. Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information Pitching relevant products or services and negotiating sales prices Maintaining a database of potential customers Building client relationships, and developing new leads Requirements A minimum of 3 years car sales experience Be highly motivated and capable of delivering an exceptional sales experience to our customers. The ability to achieve sales targets, whilst being profitable. The ability to sell both vehicles and vehicle finance. Hold a full clean driving licence. 5 day working week as standard. There would be an extra day, on a Saturday (9am-1pm), required every 4 weeks. Benefits You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, uncapped commission structure along with a company car.
