We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst who has deep expertise in Salesforce to join our team. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless business processes, supporting existing applications, and driving efficiency. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions will be essential in achieving our organizational goals.
Requirements: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent certification.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: System Support: Respond to user inquiries and requests.Set up user access.Actively manage team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.Acts as a subject matter expert and product owner for one or more Salesforce modules/applications, providing expertise and guidance to the rest of the team.Help team members determine which work tasks are most important, manage distractions, and deal with setbacks in a timely manner.Works independently with little supervision.Using deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.Elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionality.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.System Enhancement and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to align with intricate business processes.Design and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, pages, sharing, and flows.Communicates updates and blockers in a timely manner with stakeholders via email and direct conversations to overcome obstacles and resolve problems.Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status & discuss complex issues.Creates and reviews functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements, often for multiple large-scale projects.Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving data quality issues.Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.Analyze data from Salesforce and other integrated systems to support strategic decision-making.Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture detailed requirements and business processes.Clearly articulate requirements and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within existing systems.Document complex processes, workflows, and data diagrams for Salesforce and related applications.Continuously enhance software solutions by conducting team-specific workflow assessments.Qualifications: Soft Skills: Analyzing complex business requirementsEliciting intricate requirementsBusiness case definition and analysisRequirements writing and review.Flow and process diagramming.WireframingBusiness data analyticsComplex problem-solvingSalesforce Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of Salesforce features and capabilitiesProfiles, Permission Sets, and Permission Set GroupsCustom ObjectsLightning Pages and Classic Page LayoutsSharing RulesSingle Sign-On with MFAChange SetsRecord TypesAutomation (including Workflow Rules, Screen Flows, and Triggered Flows)Data management (including data modeling and integration)Advanced reports and dashboardsData LoaderWhere you will be working: Cork has a proud reputation as Ireland's second largest economic engine and is now one of the Top 20 location choices in Europe with 39,000 people being employed by over 170 overseas companies.
