Senior Setting Out Engineer

Your new company Our client is a civil engineering contractor in the West of Ireland.
They are involved in various groundworks and utility contracts throughout the west.
They are now seeking to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer / Setting Out Engineer.
As well as experience in setting out, you will be required to have a track record of managing staff on site.
You will ideally have some experience in kerbing, drainage, water mains, ducting, cabling, etc.
The position is based in Galway.

The Role: Overseeing civil engineering works in Galway and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Experience in kerbing, drainage, water mains, ducting, cabling, groundwork, etc.You will be responsible for some setting out and managing the workforce on site.Hold a degree/diploma in civil engineering.Experience in setting out; AutoCAD.Excellent attention to detail regarding required construction documentation, procedures, and adherence to current building and civils regulations.Keeping safety files and recording information. Salary Excellent remuneration/transport will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
