Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on reinstatement processes within water utilities.
Team Management: Lead and mentor site teams as the main point of contact on-site.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Site Inspections: Perform routine visits to monitor work progress and address potential issues.
Resource Allocation: Manage labour, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status and challenges.
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Experience in the water utilities sector focusing on reinstatement works.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of water utility operations and reinstatement processes.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing site teams and delivering complex projects.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certification: Relevant engineering or construction qualifications are desirable.
Health and safety knowledge is essential.
Driving License: Required for this role, which includes a company vehicle and travel.
