Senior Site Engineer

We are currently working on a number of high-density residential and commercial projects in County Dublin. We are seeking experienced Senior Site Engineers to manage all site engineering works and in conjunction with the Management Team, deliver these projects to the highest quality, on time, within budget and implemented within the required safety, quality, and environmental parameters.
Key Responsibilities Researching and advising on the best engineering solution to meet with our Client's needs and budgetSetting out and checking works as required for the projectManaging sub-contractors and personnel on site in order to drive project through to successful completion on time, within budget and finished to the highest standardsMaintaining a daily site diary with required information recorded and where all manpower levels for each Sub-Contractor are recordedManaging all engineering procurement including the ordering of concrete and site bulk materialsResponsible for supervision, quality and measurement of all concrete poursOverseeing the keeping of the concrete cube register and other relevant quality checks by the Junior EngineerFacilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and the Construction TeamAttending weekly management team meetings for Bennett ConstructionMaintaining, tracking and scheduling the daily and weekly work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports from the master construction programmeAssisting with the control of plant and equipment on siteOrganising the delivery of materials, plant and equipment needed for the projectPreparing engineering calculations where required for the design of projects and supervising the draftingYou will need Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline5-7 Years proven experience at Senior Level, working on large scale high density residential, commercial or refurbishment projectsTechnical competence in the use of all setting out instruments is essentialAbility to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlinesExcellent record keeping skills coupled with the ability to effectively deal with design issuesThorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerprojectExcellent communication and people management skills.Location: County Dublin
