Senior Site EngineerAbout the JobOur client, a leading Tier 2 Main Contractor, are urgently seeking applications for a Senior Site Engineer to join their team.
The chosen candidate will be the engineering lead on a large residential project in Co. Wicklow.
There are 2x two Story, RC Structure buildings planned for this 40 Million+ Project.Responsibilities:- Assist Site Manager with engineering related challenges and decisions on site.Manage Schedules.- Lease with Structural Design Engineers and Architects.- Assess Technical Drawings and specifications to make sure they are fit for project.- Checking shuttering, steel, and other dimensions prior to concrete pours and maintaining materials reconciliation files.- Recording all site activities, maintaining a site diary, and managing document uploads to the Document Management System (DMS).- Supervising directly employed and subcontractor personnel engaged in various construction project elements.- Adhering strictly to the company's health and safety, environmental, quality, and other on-site policies and procedures.Requirements:- Civil Engineering Degree or Masters- 5-8 years of work experience with a main building contractor.- Experience on RC Project's.- Experience in Residential Type Construction.- Excellent IT skills and proficiency with surveying instruments and equipment.- Self-starters with strong problem-solving abilities who thrive in team environments.- Opportunity-driven individuals can expect accelerated career advancement.- Extremely technically competent.Join our client's dedicated team as a Senior Site Engineer and advance your career in construction.
