TTM Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Social Worker for one of Ireland's leading organisations based in Cork City. A Permanent Senior Social Worker (1 WTE) is required to join an enthusiastic interdisciplinary team providing a service to adults with intellectual disabilities with or without autistic spectrum disorder (ASD).
The role includes assessment of family needs, and a range of advisory, practical and skilled emotional supports to adults. Group work, and adult safeguarding work are also important aspects of the role.
The Senior Social worker will carry a case load, including a greater complexity of individual/family need, supervise social work staff & students as required and take the social work lead in key areas of service development. Clinical supervision will be provided by the Principal Social Worker.
