The Developer Experience SDK team within the Microsoft Entra organisation is responsible for building and delivering world-class authentication libraries and SDKs that empower millions of developers worldwide. These SDKs play a critical role in enabling seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Account services, which support over a billion active users across Microsoft products and platforms like Office, Xbox, HoloLens, and Azure. This is a hands-on engineering role where collaboration, innovation, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions are key. As part of this team, you'll be tasked with designing and developing SDKs used by both internal and external customers, contributing directly to the developer experience that drives Microsoft's ecosystem forward. You'll work alongside a talented group of engineers, learning and growing every day while making a meaningful impact on Microsoft's authentication services.

ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of scalable, secure, and reliable Android authentication SDKs used by millions of developers, ensuring high-quality code and robust testing practices.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews and driving improvements in coding standards, architecture, and overall SDK quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both within Microsoft and with external stakeholders, to gather requirements, drive innovation, and ensure the SDK aligns with broader product goals.Architect and implement solutions to optimize performance, enhance reliability, and ensure seamless integration of the SDK into various Android applications and services.Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshooting production services, and driving continuous improvements in automation, monitoring, and reliability.
