Base RequirementAdvanced Data Analysis advanced SQL DQ monitoring scorecards implementation of DQ rulesJob purposeThis is a Business Technical Analyst role in a fastpaced technology delivery organization supporting AML Monitoring This position requires working closely with technology business teams responsible to provide Business and functional requirement documentation data analysis and working closely with team to develop applications and monitoring and reporting project progressThis role will participate in data analysis data mapping and support activities for building and maintaining AML monitoring solutions This individual will closely work with internal and external stakeholdersJobbackgroundcontext4 to 6 year of IT experienceExperience in data analysis business and functional requirement documentationsStrong experience in writing queries in traditional databases as well as in Big Data platforms using SQL Hive and PysparkStrong experience in working closely with users change managers project manager architect and developers to translate the business requirements into functional requirements and create solution data mappingExperience working on AML domain projects and involvement in data modelling activities Prior experience on building solutions reusable components on Big Data platformsKey responsibilities Interact with Business to understand IT requirements based on the Business specifications Partner with the business and technical teams and create and maintain the Functional designs for the various modules in the platform Document and maintain Use Cases Functional Design and System SpecificationDesign functional test cases execute on behalf of business userCreate requirement trace ability matrixFollow the SDLC process established in the organization and create and maintain all relevant requirements artifactsSupport development QC and UAT teams of the various projects Supports subject matter expert on the various domains Continually seeks ways of improving business processesPerform Data analysis on the incoming data files and processed data to provide insight on the data flow with in the system and also impact on the upstream and downstream systemsWork closely with Data Architects to align data storage and transformation as per standardIdentifying data and process gaps to provide control mechanismWork with business to defined functional and technical implementation of AML typologiesAnalyze complex set of data giving suggestions coming out of the analysisCreate test cases and execute them according to plan and timelineCertification IIBA Agile Analysis Certification
