The External Warehouse and Logistics function manages the third-party EU warehousing network to deliver an effective and compliant operation that supports Regeneron Ireland's current and future needs.
Within this role the Senior Supply Logistics Analyst will ensure that the external warehouse network is established in compliance with appropriate regulation and is positioned to receive, store and ship material in line with operational requirements.
You will be supporting special projects in the area and executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects.
Quarterly International travel is required for this position.
As a Senior Supply Logistics Analyst, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Ensuring requirements across Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) are identified and that all material demand is being managed Serving as the operational support point of contact for internal and external inquiries pertaining to vendor interactions and 3PL operations Ensuring warehouse and logistics infrastructure is positioned to support the IOPS short-term and long-term needs Being responsible for 3PL performance to all Regeneron requirements ensuring delivery of KPI targets as agreed per SOW Ensuring all third-party logistics providers delivering logistics operations such as transportation and warehouse activities meet compliance and safety performance in a cGMP environment Working closely with distribution operations counterparts and management in monitoring the adherence to and compliance of contractual agreements in place Executing and designing data analytics that impact overall supply chain Building advanced ad-hoc queries and reports to gather and present information effectively to support development of supply chain processes Designing or assisting design of Excel/SharePoint models, tools, templates and analytics to identify and improve reporting efficiency Creating and publishing KPIs to improve Supply Chain process effectiveness Working closely with Management, Ireland Operations and Distribution Operations, as necessary in the field, to enhance relationships with vendors and assuring best-in-class performance within the channels Assisting with regular operational meetings; representing supply chain at cross-functional and stakeholder meetings Completing reports required to support supply chain team including open order reporting, inventory reports, etc.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered and experience in Pharmaceuticals or Biotechnology is a plus.
