As an integral part of a team of industry experts, you will provide 3rd level technical support for complex IT issues related to Azure, Azure AD, M365, networking, and firewalls, as well as provide technical guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk Engineers. Skills/Requirements: 5+ years in IT Support (Level 2/3) 5+ years with Office 365 (Onedrive, Sharepoint, Outlook, Intune etc) Exposure to networking issues (Cisco, CompTIA A+ are a plus) Must hold a full, clean driver's license!
