Job Description We are seeking an experienced candidate to work with a team of highly skilled professionals in delivering mission-critical services and solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring mission-critical quality in our products. Your tasks will include:

Contributing to the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts. Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and testability of software designs. Communicating test progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, including developers, architects, and product managers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of testing activities and results. Leading creation and execution of test plans and scripts for project-based, new software rollout in close collaboration with architects and developers. Designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks. Triaging software problems prior to production rollouts. Participating in reviews of architectural and design requirements to ensure testability and identify potential risks or issues. Developing test plan/schedule and maintaining test matrix based on development. Using tools such as Quality Center or TestRail to track the progress of test case development and execution. Basic Requirements Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Significant experience in creating and executing test plans, and in developing and maintaining test infrastructure. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and processes. Skills in defect detection, debugging, and regression. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, bash, etc.). Aptitude to independently learn new technologies. Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills. Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment. Desired Skills:

Experience with C++, Java, or other object-oriented languages. Knowledge/experience in RF/Telecommunications systems. Exposure to Agile/DevOps development practices. Experience with Linux/Unix. Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence. Understanding of real-time processing in an embedded environment.
