Senior Tax Accountant

Talent Choice are partnering with a growing Accountancy Practice based in Swords, North County Dublin who are seeking a Tax Accountant to join their expanding department. The successful candidate will provide tax advice to a diverse range of clients, from family-owned businesses and individuals to multinational corporations. Key responsibilities include: Delivering Compliance Services: Manage a portfolio of personal tax and corporate clients. Reviewing Audit Files: Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities. Client Relations: Act as a primary contact for tax matters, maintaining and developing client relationships. Consultancy Assignments: Complete consultancy projects and participate in other ad-hoc advisory tasks. Technical Research: Research technical tax issues for partners. Liaising with Revenue: Work with clients and Revenue to resolve any issues. Billing and Fee Management: Assist in managing billings and fee collection for allocated clients. New Business Initiatives: Contribute to the development of the tax department, including tax briefings and presentations. The Ideal Candidate: AITI/CTA qualified with a minimum of 1 - 2 years PQE Good technical knowledge of tax legislation and previous exposure to corporation tax Capable of working independently and have a proven track record for service excellence Proficient at Excel and Word with good IT skills Hybrid working, flexible start times, career progression & development, excellent work/life balance, free parking & a benefits package.
