Senior Technical Business Analyst

Cpl are supporting a global FS company in their search for a new Technical Business Analyst to join their Dublin office.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background covering Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Mapping, Data Management, and Governance. Our ideal candidate will also have solid experience within Investment Banking / Capital Markets. Role:Collaboration with DDO to facilitate data onboarding onto the Data platform.Work closely with stakeholders such as data owners with data mapping and data classification tasks.Ownership of data management and data governance projects.Process improvements.Using data knowledge to answer business questions.Identify data and functionality gaps.Make recommendations to engineering teams.Experience:This is a senior hire and we need a candidate with at least 8 years of experience.Capital Markets/Investment Banking experience is close to essential.Strong SQL skills.Experience working with Data Viz tools like Tableau or Power BI.Experience with JIRA.Strong project management skills.Skilled in relationship building, communication, and collaboration.Excellent communication skills are essential.
