Are you our next Senior Technical Project Manager? Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Responsibilities:Drive and lead the delivery of large transformation programmes and projects - take ownership.Shape, mobilise and lead scopes of work/projects/initiatives, which are diverse in nature.Identify and develop opportunities on existing clients.Participate in wider market engagement activity, including proposals.Proactively lead and grow the skills and capabilities of the KPMG team.Establish yourself as a strategic advisor to clients.Your experience, skills, and capabilities:Technology and transformation delivery project management experience, engaging and managing both business and IT teams.Agile and waterfall delivery environment experience.Full SDLC knowledge, with experience working across all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.Hands-on experience working in establishing, maturing or scaling Agile in an organisation.Proven experience developing and delivering agile growth strategies and practices.Proven ability to translate information into clear, well-articulated outputs and clearly and concisely identify, assess and communicate business value of initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing and engaging senior stakeholders (CIO, COO...).Ambitious and driven to help grow our business, with new and existing clients.Proactive, engaged and outcome-focused; be comfortable in ambiguous and changing environments.Extensive knowledge of project tools including but not limited to MS Project, Asana, Jira, DevOps.Technical product knowledge, including product knowledge such as SAP, CRM, IT architecture, application landscape, sourcing/contracts and operating models.Consulting experience preferable or experience working with different customers/clients.10 years experience minimum.Your team:You will be joining a team of over 150 dedicated technology professionals that has a market reputation for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
