The client is an expanding Microsoft MSP based here in Dublin. They need an experienced Technical Support Engineer who has proven experience supporting Microsoft products to join their team.
You need to be at least a Level 2 IT Engineer, based in or close to Dublin, and legal to work in Ireland with either an EU passport or the correct visa/work permit.
RequirementsYou will have key skills & experience such as: At least 5+ years IT experience supporting Microsoft productsActive DirectoryOffice 365 AdministrationWindows ServerExchangeAzure experience is a bonusVMwareWindows 7-10Excellent client communication skills with good clear EnglishLiving in or near Dublin and legal to work in IrelandYou'll have a great opportunity to work on more client projects. You'll learn a lot about Azure, cloud & security.
You will be encouraged & mentored to study for your Microsoft certifications & sent on training courses.
The client is based in North Dublin; however, if you have solid experience doing Technical Support at Level 2, you will be able to have plenty of remote work days too.
