Senior Transfer Agency Analyst- 12 Month Contract

Our Financial Services client is seeking to hire a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst to join their stable team in North County Dublin.
The function of this role is to provide support to the Transfer Agency department and to assist the Team Supervisor in the day-to-day operations and deliveries of the team. The role also involves training junior members of staff and ensuring that their work is performed to a high standard and in accordance with the policy and procedures of the Department.
Core Responsibilities Support and validate work of Transfer Agency Administrators in their daily functionPreparation and processing of transactionsReview a wide range of financial transactions relating to the shareholder registers including:SubscriptionsRedemptionsSwitchingTransfersDealing Commissions and Anti-Dilution Levy ChargesCheck NAV's, Hurdles & DistributionsEnsure delivery of contract notes and reporting of statements is in line with Prospectus, Ops Memo and SLAReview payments, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and that they are formatted correctlyCheck that all outstanding cash reconciliation items are resolvedEnsure all client queries are addressedRun Performance fee period end processes on TA system, as advised by the SupervisorAssist the Supervisor in the training of new administrators to the teamAssist with Audit QueriesProject workAssist and contribute on Disaster RecoveryEssential Key Requirements At least 2 years fund industry knowledge, including knowledge of hedge fundsPrevious experience within a Transfer Agency department is essentialA good understanding of hedge fund structuresPrevious experience with performance feesStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience in working to tight deadlinesOn offer This is an initial 12-month contract in a very supportive team.
