Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and talented UI/ UX Designer with a passion for design and the desire to shape our users' interaction with our software. You are committed to delivering great UI/UX experiences, work well with technical and product teams, view software development as a team sport, and are passionate about what you do.
In this role you will:
Responsibility for understanding user requirements and converting them into appealing, usable, and scalable interfaces. Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios. Able to think creatively through active participation in internal team meetings and workshops. Work collaboratively with the entire product team to deliver small- and large-scale projects. Work with key stakeholders to create and take ownership of high and low fidelity designs and wireframes. Understand and optimise user workflows. Contribute to the UI/UX design team's libraries and processes, helping to grow the expertise and influence of design within the organisation. Graduate with a degree related to UI/UX design, Computing. Be a team player and embed yourself in the team to work with others to ensure great products are delivered. Be highly analytical and able to think critically. Be a creative and divergent thinker. Must have at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a UI/UX role, ideally in a B2B SaaS organisation. Have familiarity with UI frameworks such as Google's Material Design. Have experience with mobile and web design. Be comfortable working closely with technical and product teams. Be flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to turnaround work quickly. Thrive on collaboration and can also make independent decisions. Be a clear communicator and always be honest with your team and management. Have a general attitude towards work that is both positive as well as realistic. Be a continuous learner who is always looking to improve their skills and knowledge. Have a passion for technology and innovation.
