Estimate design effort for projects and prioritize them in design sprintsLeads projects independently from beginning to end and delivers successful designs based on user testing, research validation, and survey results.
Owns and influences key design metrics to prioritize challenges/opportunities and validate design solutions.CollaborationSynthesizes multiple inputs and feedback from stakeholders into a cohesive approachDrives alignment across stakeholders; Research, Engineers, Product Managers, Industrial designers via design rituals and presentation skills.
