As a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be a key member of the Capacity Planning team and will be part of the organization's mission of helping people live healthier lives.
You will be challenged to analyse, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning.
As part of this elite team, you will be empowered to impact the health care system through the analysis and interpretation of data, optimising resources and presenting recommendations for business solutions.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Compile, analyse, review, forecast, and trend complex dataPresent analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planningSupport short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysisDevelop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriateSupport ad hoc operational/strategic business activities through analysis and reportingReview and report on key operational metrics including volume, average handle time, shrinkage, occupancy, utilization, attrition, and SLA/turnaround timePerform other job-related work as assignedRequired Qualifications: Demonstrable work experience in Workforce Management or related fieldPrior experience in long and / or short-term capacity planningStrong experience in gathering, analyzing, and modelling dataPrevious experience researching conflicting and / or inaccurate dataIntermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and automated database management systems (SQL)Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related fieldExperience with Workforce Management (WFM) softwareIntermediate proficiency in SQL, Alteryx and TableauExperience in the Financial Service/Insurance/Healthcare industryStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends and influence business decisionsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
