As a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be a key member of the Capacity Planning team and will be challenged to analyse, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst: Compile, analyse, review, forecast, and trend complex data Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate Support ad hoc operational/strategic business activities through analysis and reporting Review and report on key operational metrics including volume, average handle time, shrinkage, occupancy, utilization, attrition, and SLA/turnaround time Perform other job-related work as assigned Required Qualifications of a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst: Demonstrable work experience in Workforce Management or related field Prior experience in long and / or short-term capacity planning Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and modelling data Previous experience researching conflicting and / or inaccurate data Intermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and automated database management systems (SQL) Preferred Qualifications of a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) software Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Alteryx and Tableau Experience in the Financial Service/Insurance/Healthcare industry Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends and influence business decisions Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
