Childcraft Preschool is looking for a Senior Candidate that has Level 6/7 in Early Childcare Education and Care (minimum of level 6 needed) to manage a small country pre-school. There are 16-18 children attending the school, with 2 staff members and the owner. It is a sessional service E.C.C.E. only, 9.30-12.30 5 days a week running for 38 weeks in the year, the same as Primary School. This position is very suitable for a mum of school-going children or a mature student; all applicants are welcome.
The candidate must have very good knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations required as set out by Tusla, Pobal, and the D.E.S. The applicant needs to have good spoken and written English; some Gaeilge is beneficial but not necessary.
