Responsibilities As a Panel Manager/Coordinator, you will be working onsite at our client's R&D facility in Cork, Ireland. As the first point of contact for our client's R&D team, you will be responsible for panel, project and lab management. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling of all panels, ensuring a minimum turn-around time of sample results.Panel recruitment, training, performance & maintenance.Creating project research plans including proposed methodologies.Signing off technician's reports and prepare more complex data set/method reports.Collaborating with the client's sensory team on final interpretation/recommendation/report requirements.Coaching & development of panel leaders/technicians, helping them to advance and expand their capabilities.Implementing new sensory methods (incl. training for technicians).Ensuring that our client's Quality Management System requirements are adhered to.Ensuring that panelists stay motivated through performance feedback.Leading initiatives for efficiency and sustainability through participating in the Green Lab Certification process.Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Sensory-related study programDeep knowledge of sensory approach and statistics applied to sensoryStrong organizational and project management skillsConfident communicator in English, both spoken and writtenProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and sensory softwareAbility to work in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with multiple stakeholdersOpen-minded, easy to connect and creative mindsetAnalytical skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelinesAgile mindset and problem-solving attitudeInterested to hear more?
