The Role: Manage all customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout their service/repair journey.
Collaborate with customers to identify and agree on the scope of work to be carried out, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Oversee the work conducted by our workshop team to ensure it aligns with customer expectations and industry standards.
Conduct thorough handovers with customers after service/repair, explaining the work performed and addressing any questions or concerns.
Liaise closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure the efficient flow of work through the workshop, optimizing productivity and customer satisfaction.
Provide necessary reports for both internal purposes and external requirements, maintaining accurate records of service/repair details.
Requirements: Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Experience using the Keyloop Autoline DMS (Kerridge) is a distinct advantage but full training will be provided.
Work in an organized manner to coordinate service appointments, manage work orders, and maintain accurate records.
Promote and upsell service packages to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
