The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Exceptional communication skills – have you the ability to delight our customer at every opportunity however small the query may be?Exceptional personal presentation and always reflects the company's corporate image.Passionate about customer service.Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately and articulately.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle discerning customers in an empathetic way to ensure all problems are resolved effectively.
Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoiceProactively follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.Ensure that all work requested has been carried out, communicated to the customer, and costed appropriately.
