Service Advisor -Fitzpatrick's Mercedes-Benz, Kildare Fitzpatrick's Garage Group, celebrating over 70 years in business operates a number of car dealerships covering Counties Kildare, Laois, Carlow and Offaly and holding franchises for Hyundai, Opel, smart and Mercedes-Benz.

This is truly an exciting time to join the Fitzpatrick's team as we embark on our amazing journey to build our new home for Mercedes-Benz under their MAR20X retail concept on our landmark site at Junction 13, adjacent to Kildare Village Responsibilities will include; Assist in the day to day administration and management of our busy Service Department Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and always exceeding their expectations Appointment bookings, Job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments Preparation of Repair Estimates, final invoicing and processing and settlement of warranty claims Maintain product and technical knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz range of passenger cars Job status monitoring and customer communication Work with our After-sales teams to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met The successful candidates will have; Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong Computer Skills including MS Office and experience with CDK/Kerridge would be advantageous Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry Full, clean driving licence Attractive terms including bonus incentive scheme will be offered to the successful candidates.
