Service Advisor

Colm Quinn BMW in Drogheda has a vacancy for a Service Adviser to work in a progressive team.
Full training is offered.
This important role is the main point of contact between the customer and Colm Quinn BMW for all of their service and repair needs.
Key responsibilities include: Taking customer bookings for our Service Department Greeting customers on arrival and ensuring that their needs are understood.
Liaising with the Workshop Controller to progress their car through the Service Department Following up with the customer on any additional work that may be required Handing over the car to the customer at the agreed time.
A strong focus on the customer together with previous experience in a similar role in a motor dealership is required.
Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop DMS would be an advantage.
A good understanding of automotive technology is also required together with strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role in a franchise dealership, preferably using Kerridge/Keyloop (Rev 8).
They will have worked as part of a strong team delivering an excellent experience to their customers.
