The Service Assurance Reporting & Governance Lead ensures that all aspects of governance are in accordance with Primark's internal & external controls are maintained at all levels, this includes People, Partners, Products & Process. They are also responsible for creating and operating the Service Reporting Framework to allow the level of service delivered to and by Primark to be defined, tracked and delivered.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
Create and own the Primark Service Reporting Framework to ensure that levels of service delivered by Primark internal teams and partners can be clearly defined and tracked.Create and own the security controls RACM.Assess all Platforms, Applications and Vendors against Primark's security and compliance standards highlighting risk and identifying ownership to mitigate or resolve.Ensure all Vendors have completed and provided all necessary supporting documentation such as SOC2, Business Continuity Reports.Identify owners and track completion of identified vulnerabilities via the Website Scans such as Qualys, Pen Test highlighting risks to the business stakeholders.Track Risk Waivers/Acceptances and Owners, highlighting risks and recommending course of actions to manage mitigations and minimise risk.Manage the cookie compliance & security scanning schedule across digital landscape and ensure any issues are remediated efficiently.Be the conduit for all Audit Points to provide guidance and support with driving requirements and collating evidence within deadlines provided working closely with Internal and External Audit teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and met.Understand Primark's Compliance and Security standards and how they apply to the architecture current and future needs.Develop trusted relationships with Vendors and Product teams to understand the services and priorities providing guidance on compliance solutions.Create and maintain Reports on the health of the service, controls and governance function.What You'll BringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
10+ years experience in Compliance Leadership preferably within the Retail Industry across multiple Channels.Experience of owning and managing senior business stakeholder relationships.ITIL Service Management experience.Experience in translating data reports into management information to drive and track actions.Experience with SNOW (Service Now) especially data manipulation and report creation.Detailed knowledge of Compliance and Security Industry standards and influencing compliance.Functional and technical knowledge of Multi-Channel Digital Systems and SasS applications.Vendor management experience.Ready?
